Today I would like to talk about When incompetence is 'tantamount to fraud' from reading the business article in book 'English for Business Communication'. In this blog , I would  like to talk about cross-cultural communication.  The present communication is an activity that is very complex and involves many people. Because contemporary society is a society with a large and complex society of information and a lot more.   The Conversation is important. Conversation is a form of entertainment. Every country give importance. The conversation have different in other county, such as Finland and Japan is a higher valve placed on listening may be Finland and Japan is  accredit everybody and It is respect yourself. In other countries listeners will consider what has been said in silence before responding. Listeners may be thinking the word for solve situation.
